Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, including training, development, and performance management of Front of House team members.
  • Support the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that guests have an excellent experience from start to finish.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and championing a fun and safe work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of a thriving workplace culture, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives, applying knowledge to drive business results.
