Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively grow and develop customer sales within an assigned territory, exceeding budget sales each month.
  • Plan, manage, and maintain regular contact with customers through in-person visits and technology.
  • Recommend product alternatives to ensure customers receive the best solutions for their unique needs.
  • Work with Marketing to create winning sales plans and strategies for customers.
  • Provide training and support to customers to foster strong customer satisfaction and position DCL Supply as a trusted partner.
  • Exceed customer sales activities targets and utilize CRM system for all customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Capture opportunities to explain DCL Supply's value and benefits to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related sales position within the Construction Industry.
  • Proven success in contributing to the growth of an organization through the generation of increased sales leads and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM Systems such as Sage CRM and HubSpot.
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and growth opportunities.
  • Established and effective sales acumen and the ability to work effectively with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience within the HVAC Industry would be a strong asset.
