As a key member of the team, you will oversee the Deli Department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting production targets. Your leadership will drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process merchandise, utilizing equipment and monitoring for repair, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise.
- Recruit, select, train, and develop Deli Associates to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Lead by example, greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
- Plan and execute Deli Store Within A Store (SWAS) programs, attending meetings to review reports and ensuring in-stock and appropriate inventory levels.
- Complete and maintain required paperwork, such as Inventory Tracking Reports, throwaway record sheets, invoices, and assignment notes.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.

- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Leadership or management experience in a retail or food service environment.
