About the Role

Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing education and support on program services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate patient services and ensure timely access to therapy.
  • Manage patient prescriptions, including initial and renewal coordination.
  • Provide reimbursement support and expertise to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to performance standards and procedures required by the program.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
  • Experience in a customer service setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or managed care.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of public, private, and federal reimbursement processes is an asset.
