Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing the company rewards program, coordinating the recruitment process, and distributing new hire packages.
- Office Management: Manage the inventory of computers and accessories, set up office workstations for new hires, and liaise with external IT providers to set up computers.
- HR Administration: Assist with tracking safety trainings, uploading training certificates to Salus, and disabling departing employees in all systems.
- Communication: Interact effectively with employees and management at all levels of the company, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Human Resources Administrative Assistant position, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and various apps, superior organizational and time management skills, and a high-level of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
