About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Bell Business Markets team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to our customers, ensuring the successful implementation of voice solutions and contact centre technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bell Sales Team in selecting the most suitable voice telecommunications solution for customers' business needs
  • Provide pre-sale demonstrations and technical presentations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Conduct thorough examinations of customer communication requirements and design tailored configurations
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations to customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in a telecommunications environment, including knowledge of telephone networks and voice technology
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP Networks, Voice over IP, DHCP, VLAN, LANs, WANs, Ethernet, Routing, IP Applications, and Cloud
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • CCNA certification is an asset
