**Swine Focused HyCare Sales Specialist**

Seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial bent to grow and maintain sales of Farmers Depot and Schippers HyCare products in Ontario, utilizing a consultative approach to engage customers and provide product solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Add new customers, grow current customers, and provide great product support
• Help livestock producers run better farms and generate more profits using Farmers Depot concepts and products
• Increase the number of swine producers with a working relationship with Farmers Depot and promote the use of hygiene, clean water, and preventative health to reduce antibiotic reliance
• Work closely with the Farmers Depot team, including Customer Service, Category Management, and other HyCare Specialists
• Support and utilize the network of feed/nutrition representatives at Grand Valley Fortifiers to generate leads
• Develop a strong working knowledge of all Farmers Depot and Schippers products and concepts
• Keep abreast of new products and services
• Promote the use of Service Plans with customers to provide leased equipment and regular reordering of consumables
• Provide technical support, including equipment installations, pump servicing, and floor coating installations
• Plan your own schedule to grow and maintain sales in your area
• Participate in meetings, events, and tradeshows throughout the year
• Actively use, update, and maintain critical contact information in the CRM system
• Use Power BI data reporting system to analyze customers, progress, and make prospect lists

**Requirements**

• True passion for agriculture and farming with relevant industry experience
• Strong sales-focused background with ability to provide service to producers and work through their problems
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and ability to quickly understand product knowledge and information
• Solid organizational skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle 5 days a week
• Ability to travel within your assigned region 5 days a week with occasional overnight stays
