Service Business Manager - Maple Creek

Pattison Agriculture Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Business Manager to join our team in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in driving our vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating the dealership's service activities, with a focus on customer product support, technician efficiency, and departmental profitability. You will ensure that service operation processes are followed, and work closely with other departments and the Regional Service Manager to create an effective and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and initiate all service department functions, including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all department staff.
  • Work with other departments to create a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of Management experience in the Ag industry, with a technical background.
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating others, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to achieve results through others.
