Key Responsibilities
- Assist location managers in optimizing service operations to maximize return on investment.
- Guide the consistent implementation and quality control of processes and procedures.
- Provide regular direct communication with service teams to offer support and guidance.
- Travel frequently to each location in the region to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a manager of high-performing service or branch operations, with a background in the agricultural industry.
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and motivating others, with exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
