Job DescriptionCrozier is looking for an ERP Project Manager to provide oversight and lead the transition from the organization's legacy ERP system, manage the successful integration and implementation of a new system, and the decommissioning of the existing system. This role will be accountable for managing all project aspects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the transition from the legacy ERP system to the new ERP system and ensure the proper closeout of the existing system.
- Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing, cross-functional team to achieve high-quality, customer-centric results.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, provide project status updates, facilitate decisions, and solve problems.
- Work with the project steering committee to raise awareness on the system change and manage cultural change throughout the organization.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and overall project planning meet requirements and delivery dates.
- Actively track project risks and scope to anticipate potential issues and work proactively with teams to develop solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and prepare and deliver reports to the Executive Leadership team.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration.
- Organize ERP demonstrations, conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users.
- Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing project management support through research, planning and execution of projects once the new ERP system is implemented.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of dedicated project management experience, preferably with IT projects.
- Solid knowledge of formal Project Management methodologies; PMP designation is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Minimum of 3 full-cycle large ERP implementation projects completed as the lead PM.
- Strong skills in leading and managing organizational change projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sense of priorities, and demonstrated ability to manage vendors.
- Experience with Project Management Software.
