Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality, patient-focused pharmacy services and develop and optimize pharmacist-directed patient care activities in a clinical area.

  • Lead practice advancement projects and patient care quality and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements
  • PhD in Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree.
  • One (1) year experience working in a hospital pharmacy.
  • CPRB certification from an accredited Pharmacy Residency Program is an asset.
  • Accredited Pharmacy Residency Certificate (ACPR).
  • Membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacy (CSHP) is an asset.
