Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with regular wages starting at $21.69 per hour. As a Cash Transport Security Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including overnight shifts, and may have the chance to transition to full-time employment. We also provide a training bonus for all successful candidates, as well as a full uniform, including shirts, pants, a bulletproof vest, coat, and more. Job Description

As a Cash Transport Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of valuables for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing pickups and deliveries safely and efficiently, ensuring a safe environment for your colleagues and customers, and following established routes and schedules closely. You'll also be responsible for driving an armored vehicle and respecting road safety at all times, as well as loading and unloading the vehicle, completing daily reports and paperwork, and respecting procedures and regulations initiated by GardaWorld.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a restricted and non-restricted Federal Firearms License (PAL, Possession and Acquisition license), as well as a valid driver's license (class 5 minimum) with a maximum loss of 6 demerit points. You'll also need to be capable of lifting loads up to 50 pounds, available to work on call for evenings, nights, or weekend shifts with no minimum hours guaranteed, and own a British Colombia Security Licence or be willing to obtain it if hired. We're looking for individuals who are reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance, as well as those who are customer service oriented and skilled in managing stressful situations.
