Responsibilities

  • Answering highvolume calls in a timely manner
  • Providing general information to plan members regarding benefit amounts or claims

  • Creating and sending out LOA letters, and WSIB documentation
  • Preparation of preretirement letters
Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education is an asset
  • Previous call centre experience
  • Excellent communication in both ENGLISH and FRENCH
  • Analytical thinking and good problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
