Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the daily operations of our store. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Retail Management
    • Ensure exceptional customer experience and build customer loyalty
    • Monitor automotive inventory and make recommendations for adjustments
    • Collaborate with the local marketing team and respond to the specific needs of our customers
    • Carry out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles
    • Manage the merchandising of the store (tires, battery, liquids, etc.)
  • Production Management
    • Ensure smooth daily operations of the store
    • Participate in site operations as needed
  • Workforce Management
    • Mobilize and empower your work teams
    • Conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions
    • Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with employees
    • Be responsible for disciplinary actions
    • Manage work schedules
    • Identify and develop potential talent to create succession
  • Other
    • Manage financial and material resources
    • Ensure the maintenance and management of the store
    • Monitor performance indicators (KPI), develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve objectives

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service
