Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with franchise business owners, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new franchise customers.
- Provide expert advice on financial solutions, including business banking products and services.
- Work closely with the Credit Adjudication and EO Franchising team to process deals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the assigned market area's overall financial and non-financial objectives.
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business law, or economics.
- Experience in the field of franchising, including educational or working experience.
- Knowledge of business products and services, including selling approach, selling tools, and calculators.
- Expert knowledge of the marketplace and the franchising segment within that marketplace.
- Working knowledge of applicable software and technology platforms for Business Banking.
- Knowledge of risk management policies and processes.
- Working knowledge of legal and security documentation.
A standard office environment is provided, but the incumbent spends 90% of the time away from an office environment, working with the Sales team in customer/prospect facilities, travelling to conduct marketing activities and other customer interviews, trade shows, COI events, etc.
Customer demands are constant and at times may be outside of standard office hours.
