Project Coordinator - Waterproofing

Flynn Canada Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, working closely with our experienced team to build relationships, challenge yourself, and continuously learn.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Work with Site Supervisor & Project Management in scheduling, coordinating and tracking deliveries
  • Attend hand off & autopsy meetings
  • Assist the PM in preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders
  • Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds and insurances
  • Fill out warranties and send close out packages
  • Assist Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of the project (forecasting, planning, analysis, etc)
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English/French bilingualism (written and spoken)
  • Understand direction and be dependable to follow through
  • General Project Management/construction knowledge
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
