About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force as a Mortgage Sales Specialist Assistant. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to our Mortgage Sales Specialists, allowing them to focus on sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Mortgage Sales Specialists, including credit administration and processing of assigned work volumes.
  • Support the success of the Mortgage Sales Specialists and the Mobile Mortgage Sales Force by meeting business timeline commitments.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and business development goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in mortgage/credit lending or a related field.
  • Superior computer/technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
