Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Ensil Inc. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical support and guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or business-to-business environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
