Our client, an industry-leading visual communications company, is seeking an Account Manager to join their sales team. The role focuses on managing the day-to-day relationship with their existing accounts. The team is built to provide digital signage services for large-scale digital signage networks as a single turnkey provider. Account Managers work with customers to be their voice inside of the company. They take customer requests and work with other internal department managers to ensure all customer needs are being met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand our customers' digital signage network objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the customer's network objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.
  • Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.
Skills and Competencies

We're looking for a customer service professional that is outgoing, has an interest in learning about new technology, and has a passion for amazing content.

Our Account Managers work in a fast-paced environment and needs to excel with organization. They gather information from the customer and act as an internal representation of the customer inside our client.

Ultimately, the goal is to ensure all your customers are receiving high touch customer service at all of their interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
