Job Overview

Bell is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Associate to join our Field Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior management to support corporate values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain region-specific reporting and data analysis
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, collect, analyze, process, organize, and track various data related to employees and business assets
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information on behalf of senior management to internal associates
  • Perform data entry in enterprise resource planning systems and other platforms
  • Maintain manager schedules and coordinate meetings and special events
Critical Qualifications
  • 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative function
  • Proficient with Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Able to work with limited supervision in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems or other data management systems
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset
