We are seeking Customer Service Associates to provide exceptional experiences for our guests at Woodbine Entertainment.

With almost 150 years of proud horseracing history, Woodbine Entertainment Group is the founding pioneer and largest operator of professional horseracing in Canada.

We are a world-leader in horse-racing and a diverse entertainment facility, delivering thrilling and high-quality racing, dining, and entertainment experiences.

This is a contract role that requires a strong passion to wow our guests, great communication skills, and a friendly and outgoing attitude.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will address customer product and service needs, process transactions through OLG lottery terminal and point of sale systems, and work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for individuals who can work afternoon and evening shifts, deal professionally and courteously with customers, and have a working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently through OLG lottery terminal and point of sale systems
  • Working effectively in a team environment to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
