Position Overview:

We are ESC, a seasoned provider specializing in solutions that integrate public records data, customer verification, corporate services, collateral management, asset recovery, and accounts receivable management. Our services are designed to support the registration, due diligence, and lending practices of clients across Canada. Our team is the cornerstone of our innovation, growth, and overall success.

We are seeking two 12-month temporary Operations Quality Assurance Associates (internally referred to as Operations Quality Assurance Clerk 1) to enhance our operations and contribute to our future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authenticate, challenge, and/or approve all vendor invoices and submit them to the finance department for processing.
  • Deliver precise cost forecasts to various departments on a daily basis, which includes scrutinizing all fee statements and charges.
  • Examine conditional sale agreements, bills of sale, and other documentation to ensure correctness.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates on designated files to guarantee full cost recovery.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in repossession services is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel) including typing are essential.
