The Candidate

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Dispatch and handle incoming service requests through multiple touchpoints.
Acts as the initial point of contact for towing service network and insolvent consumers.
Communicate and liaise between new clients, towing partners, and drivers.
Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes.
Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established timelines and regulatory policies.
Perform driver check-ins throughout the day to ensure complete and accurate paperwork has been completed.
Take the lead in assisting with logistical issues while in transit or on the schedule.
Comfortable working with Google Maps and routing specialists to optimize routes.
Records and documents information from drivers and distributes to appropriate departments.

Establish communication and administrative process improvements, solve operational inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and synthesize information to filter to and from the leadership team.


What We're Looking For:
Two (2) years experience in loading, routing, dispatching and or shipping/receiving logistics.
Completion of Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong project management skills and a high level of business acumen.

Basic understanding of the insolvency sector in Canada, the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the key players to help prioritize business initiatives and growth opportunities.

Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat PRO, and Bills of Lading would be considered a strong asset
Basic and custom CRM knowledge
Experience working directly with an executive leadership team.
A proven track record of success, providing logistical coordination in a professional setting.
Impeccable communication and organizational skills and attention to detail, while managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative and self-starter mindset
Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and capacity to build relationships and drive cross-organizational alignment.
Resourceful and able to work independently and remotely with a deadline-oriented mindset.
Car and valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
