**What you do**:
As a key member of the Technology team, you will be responsible for answering calls, creating tickets and dispatching to technicians for restaurant support. The role also is accountable for coordination, tracking and communication regarding technology contracts for all Boston Pizza restaurants. This position is the central liaison with restaurants regarding contract terms and issues, and maintains departmental documentation of Policy & Procedures, Processes, and Services.

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Triage all incoming support calls, create support tickets and action to the technicians accordingly
- Maintain all restaurant technology contracts, including technology agreements, compliance records, and all supporting documentation
- Coordinate restaurant projects, which includes communication, contract tracking, and engagement with the restaurant locations
- Liaise with Finance to manage technology invoicing for the restaurants
- Maintain and coordinate technology vendor contracts and invoicing, escalating any challenges to the management team
- Update databases, tracking reports, and memos including Intranet postings
- Assist with communications and coordination of projects relating to restaurant technology initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain and team schedule, ensuring that all team times are properly scheduled and tracked for payroll
- Implement and execute proper procedures and protocols, best practices
- Provide reports and statistics for key project or software deployments and initiatives
- Support the management team on weekly and monthly reporting requests
- Establish and maintain our POS Solution Centre Service Level Agreement standards with restaurants and corporate offices
- Create and maintain documented procedures for both restaurant and corporately used technologies supported by the POS Solution Centre

**Who you are**:

- You have 2 - 3 years of customer service, sales and/or administrative experience
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users, clients and employees
- You are enthusiastic in dealing with new challenges and exercise professionalism
- You have exceptional customer service skills as well as strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- You are a team player but are also able to perform well independently
- You have the ability to administer several projects independently and concurrently, with ongoing changes in priority
- You have the ability to cope effectively during extremely busy periods, whilst paying attention to detail and deadlines
- You have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- You may have experience with Project Management or coordination
- Experience and/or understanding of restaurant operations is an asset
