You'll act as a single point of contact and account owner for our largest and highest valued customers, owning and driving the strategy for each customer in your book of business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving product adoption and Net Revenue Retention of your book of business
  • Planning and delivering Business Reviews and Success Plans
  • Monitoring customer usage data and translating it into strategies for account retention and growth
  • Advocating industry and customer needs within the Lightspeed organization
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and resolution

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an enterprise-level Customer Success and/or Account Management role in B2B environments
  • Experience owning retention and growth (NRR) for a large book of business
  • Resourcefulness with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities and strategies
