Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

  • Partner with the Store Manager to maximize sales and profitability by exceeding sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of associates, drive sales, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure that the store team maintains brand, performance, and visual standards.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' management experience in a retail selling environment.
  • Business acumen and knowledge of retail math.
  • Strong people development skills.
  • Track record in sales, customer satisfaction, operations, and merchandising.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Result-driven attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends.
