Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Retail Lead in leading a team of Customer Champions to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the Retail Lead, Area Lead, and Market Lead to ensure employee resource requirements are met, including the creation of rosters.
- Ensure customers are completely satisfied with their Vodafone Retail experience, meeting or exceeding their needs and expectations.
- Deliver sales numbers and work closely with the Retail Lead and Talent Acquisition team to recruit new team members.
- Ensure the growth and development of your team in conjunction with the Retail Lead and Enablement team.
- Work with the Retail Lead to ensure the operational running of the store.
Requirements:
- Retail or telecommunications experience is preferred.
- Experience working to sales targets.
- Strong customer service or complaints management experience.
- At least 6-12 months of experience coaching, mentoring, or managing others.
- Aspirations to be a people leader.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Motivation to stay current with technology and pursue informal learning to deepen your knowledge within the industry.
