Job Summary

The Manager, Data Management Operations, will report directly to the VP and work closely with all staff, particularly the Regional Managers and Purchasing Leads. This role will lead the operating model supporting the Supplier Management leaders & coordinating support to the Group & Corp operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the governance of the supplier management function, ensuring administration, operations & organization of the department, globally, is cohesive, efficient & effective.
  • Ensure uploading, tracking, maintaining, and archiving & retrieving of completed data & review work files into databases, interfaces, and their related systems.
  • Provide routine standard & ad hoc KPIs, statistics and reports.
  • Suggest practical solutions, alternatives, and improvements of the supplier management execution of resilience, supplier performance management and adherence to supply chain regulatory and compliance requirements achievement.
  • Provide consistent regional & global support and engagement to Magna corporate, cross functional and group stakeholders & suppliers, fostering good working relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of related work experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft suite of applications, Power BI & other analysis & reporting applications.
  • Training & or experience in key manufacturing elements such as quality, logistics, trade, tooling & processes.
