As a Mine Operations Co-op, you will work with hourly people and staff to understand key metrics of mine operations and processes. You will conduct data entry, analysis, and reporting, and get familiar with planning and schedules. You will work closely with the operations group to ensure site targets are being achieved by monitoring daily KPI's and providing variance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled and completed at least 3 years of an undergraduate Engineering, Commerce, Geology, or Computer Science program (or equivalent) at an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Returning to full-time studies after the work term
  • Preference will be given to candidates with mining or heavy industrial experience and/or with data analytics experience
