About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Execution Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the activation of our global paid media program for a specific solution area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the optimization of paid media campaigns on both the SAP and agency side
  • Be the primary point of contact for media agency interaction regarding campaign activation and optimization
  • Communicate data and campaign materials to the agency to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Manage changes to paid media plans in collaboration with the agency
  • Identify opportunities for paid media cookie pools and retargeting
  • Set up and enable paid media tests and pilots, including format and ad copy testing
  • Optimize campaign performance based on data analysis and drive campaign growth
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and collect necessary information for campaign execution
  • Brief and align with internal stakeholders to optimize marketing activities
  • Drive consistency and standardization with global stakeholders and channels experts
  • Implement new processes and standardized ways of working
  • Develop performance reports

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing with multiple tactics, paid & organic (focus on paid media) and a minimum of 1 year in marketing execution
  • Experience working with paid media/advertising agencies
  • Knowledge of the high-tech industry and SAP's audience
  • Experience designing integrated always-on cross-channel customer journeys
  • Data-driven digital mindset
  • Strong skills in Paid Media Analytics and Project Management
  • Ability to act as a consultant and advisor to stakeholders on digital tactics and programs
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English
