About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team in Ottawa, Canada. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for clients in stressful situations and will provide sound advice and suggestions based on policies.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
  • Bilingual French and English is mandatory
  • Some call center experience is required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Customer-focused and able to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Eligible to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
