Job Title: Client Advisor Intern

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As a Client Advisor Intern, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
  • Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales
  • Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs and preferences
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to identify business opportunities and referrals

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Ability to work all business hours
