  • Two years of progressive administrative experience in a nursing setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of professional standards and Quality Assurance guidelines
  • Knowledge of legislation and collective agreements
  • Ability to work independently and function effectively in a changing environment
