We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Focus: Create an exceptional customer experience with every customer interaction and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience through service and advice.
- Financial Transactions: Complete a broad range of financial transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and/or other transactions, as necessary) in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Customer Concerns: Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Product Solutions: Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, and open a limited range of products and/or services for customers.
- Education: High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Established customer service skills, broad knowledge of basic product suite, and ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions from established options.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
