Vous recevrez une formation axée sur la vente qui vous permettra de renforcer vos compétences en vente et vos connaissances du crédit. Notre formation complète facilitera votre intégration à la culture d'entreprise axée sur les employés de la TD et à votre nouvelle équipe.
Votre directeur des ventes a votre succès à cœur et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec vous, notamment en faisant des appels de vente conjoints et en organisant des séances de coaching mensuelles.
