Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, you will provide day-to-day support to our Mobile Mortgage Specialists, enabling them to focus on sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Mobile Mortgage Specialists, including credit administration and processing of assigned work volumes.
- Support the success of the Mobile Mortgage Sales team by contributing to the delivery of new customers to the bank and contributing to the volume, profits, and market share of TD's Real Estate Secured Lending.
- Work closely with Mobile Mortgage Specialists to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and meet business timeline commitments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- 1-2 years of experience in mortgage/credit lending or a related field.
- Superior computer/technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
