Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and floors, as well as ensuring safety-related maintenance items are addressed promptly.
  • Conduct outside building and grounds maintenance, such as snow removal, spring clean-up, and window cleaning.
  • Provide support to the Facilities Supervisor as needed and act as a backup point of contact for the landlord and contractors.
