About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at TD Canada Trust. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and other centers of influence
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (an asset)
