Responsibilities:

  • Assist in timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
    • Prepare accounting memos for senior management following IFRS standards
    • Aid in public company filings and preparation of financial statements
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders on financial updates and modifications
  • Handle complex financial information
    • Prepare journal entries for diverse transactions
    • Ensure compliance with US GAAP
    • Conduct financial analytics and present findings to management
  • Support month-end and year-end closings
    • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
    • Monitor financial covenants
  • Manage audits
    • Coordinate with auditors
    • Assist in audit inquiries
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis
  • Train and mentor staff on financial practices

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, CPA Designation
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred
  • Healthcare industry exposure or US markets familiarity
  • Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
