We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Chef de Partie eager to join our team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.

You will join our dedicated Kitchen team in the Bacchus Restaurant and lounge led by our Executive Chef Stefan Hartmann .

We are seeking an individual eager to continuously learn and improve. Must be a positive and reliable individual ready to join an well-established culinary team.

Key Accountabilities
Maintain standards set by Executive Chef to ensure quality, and quantity of food production meets expectations.
Ensure work station is organized, and speed of service is timely.
Ability to follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent results
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast pace kitchen environment
Responsible for storage and rotation of food items
Flexibility with work schedule depending on operational needs.
Part-time will be considered for the right candidate

Qualification Requirements
Basic Food Safe certification or equivalent
Basic understanding of refined cooking techniques
Willingness to adapt to unique & special requests in order to exceed guest expectations
Minimum 2 year progressive culinary experience required
European or hotel experience an asset
Legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
