Coordonnateur(trice), Visuel et Marchandisage

Le Coordonnateur(trice), Visuel et Marchandisage est un rôle clé dans l'équipe de marketing de Holt Renfrew. Il/Elle est responsable de la coordination des activités de visuel et de marchandisage, ainsi que de la création de présentations de pointe pour les événements spéciaux.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner les horaires du visuel et du marchandisage avec le Directeur(trice) principal(e), Visuel et Marchandisage
  • Collaborer avec le Service des événements spéciaux pour les éléments visuels nécessaires pour le montage des événements
  • Encadrer et perfectionner l'équipe du marchandisage visuel
  • Harmoniser les coûts du budget alloué et du budget des dépenses
  • Communiquer les paramètres, normes et directives appropriés à l'équipe du marchandisage visuel
  • Assurer la maintenance du studio en état propre, ordonné, organisé et branché sur les tendances
  • Créer des présentations de pointe dans les vitrines et les intérieurs
  • Assurer la présentation visuelle pour les événements spéciaux est prête à temps et selon le budget
  • S'approvisionner en matériaux et accessoires selon la pertinence
  • Respecter les normes de présentation visuelle en place à l'échelle du magasin et dans les vitrines
  • Se conformer à toutes les politiques et exigences de santé-sécurité
  • Respecter les politiques de protection de la vie privée et les réglementations

Compétences requises

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 années d'expérience en présentation visuelle dans l'industrie au détail
  • Éducation postsecondaire un atout
  • Formation en beaux-arts et (ou) diplôme d'une école de design
  • Formation officielle en présentation visuelle ou l'équivalent
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Word et Excel
