Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandiser to join our Toronto visual team. As a full-time member of the team, you will work under the direction of the Visual Manager and provide support to the team while maintaining visual standards and instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise products according to visual standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Conduct grid verifications to ensure floor fixtures are structured as per visual instructions.
- Replenish products from stock as needed, maintaining a well-stocked store.
- Verify that visual instructions and standards are maintained, ensuring a consistent brand image.
- Re-box unnecessary stock from previous instructions that are no longer needed, optimizing storage space.
- Ensure in-store displays are presentable and tidy, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of interior and exterior windows and window displays.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of visual supplies and signage.
- Assist in store openings and ensure a smooth transition to regular operations.
- Work Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm, and have a car for covering various stores across the Toronto region.
To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated and creative individual with exceptional organizational and strategic skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards.
