About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Data Analyst to join our Wealth Digital, Data & Analytics team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of data analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable campaigns and projects.
  • Design and implement campaign reporting infrastructure to drive automated and flexible reporting.
  • Produce dashboards, reports, and analysis to drive decisions and help build better campaigns and experiences.
  • Manage and enhance daily/weekly/monthly campaign reporting to provide results and context to deliver actionable insights to senior management.
  • Take the lead on campaign performance measurement and increasing productivity of all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of proficient work experience in the Financial industry and Consumer Campaign Management & Execution data analysis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with large varied datasets, both structured and unstructured data, using SAS.
  • Post-Secondary education in Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Business.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively present analytics data to business users at the Manager / Senior Manager level.
  • Experience in running campaigns through design, execution, and performance tracking.
  • A strong passion for data, charts, analysis, trends, and evangelizing data usage.
  • Knowledge of BMO wealth products and understanding of current market trends are assets.
  • Self-Starter & strong relationship building skills. Ability to thrive on a high-degree of independence and ownership.
  • Experience in machine learning/deep learning algorithms are assets.
