Join our team as an Over-the-Counter Associate at Walmart, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  • Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products to ensure a fresh and appealing shopping experience.
  • Zone the department to create an inviting and easy-to-navigate space for customers.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Keep the area clean and free of debris, fixtures, and foreign objects.
  • Maintain zero pricing errors and ensure accurate scanning.
  • Calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
