Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef at Nemesis Coffee | Dope Bakehouse, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious pastry products that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute pastry menus that align with our company's vision and values
- Lead a team of pastry chefs to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with our coffee team to create unique and harmonious pastry and coffee pairings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products and services
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume production environment
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
