Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to ensure high standards of hygiene.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet quality standards.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
