- Customer Service Excellence: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service through responsiveness, thoroughness, and quality outputs.
- Proposal Development and Project Management: Draft proposals, develop project plans, secure customer feedback, and work with customers to achieve solutions.
- Relationship Building: Establish meaningful long-term relationships with customers based on technical trust.
- Representation and Communication: Represent Saltworks Technologies through in-person customer meetings and at conferences and exhibitions.
- Relevant Engineering or Science Background: Strong core knowledge of chemistry and relevant engineering or science background.
