Warehouse Operator role involves managing warehouse functions, including unloading, receiving, replenishment, and shipping, to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring order accuracy
  • Match order numbers in the scanner and process shipment
  • Refill racks and place products on designated areas
  • Scan boxes and label UPC numbers
  • Post labels on carts, boxes, and scan them
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately within required timeframe
  • Separate orders by delivery types
  • Print orders and samples pick list
  • Operate RF scanners to accurately fill orders and manage inventory
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
  • Complete orders and place filled boxes on conveyor belts for sealing and labeling
  • Process returns as required
  • Complete other related duties as assigned by management

**Safety Requirements:**

  • Work safely and follow all policies and procedures
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized

**Competencies, Skills, and Attributes Required:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Be a good team-player
  • Good data entry skills
  • Be dependable and able to drive results

**Minimum Education and/or Experience:**

  • High School Diploma
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) preferred

**Work Environment:**

This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, capable of heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
