About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Unit Claims Manager to lead our senior adjusting team in handling non-catastrophic files. This is a key leadership position that requires strong expertise in claims management and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of senior claims adjusters in handling complex claims
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve key performance indicators
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
- Collaborate with other claims experts to resolve claims-related issues
- Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in claims handling, with a focus on leadership and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of success in claims management
