Change Management Specialist

As a Change Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in facilitating smooth transitions, optimizing performance, and enhancing the employee experience. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of change, minimizing disruptions and maximizing growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative change management strategies to drive adoption of new behaviors and tools.
- Conduct impact analyses to understand the effects of changes on stakeholders and existing processes.
- Identify and address resistance to change, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and encourage a culture of flexibility and adaptability.
- Collaborate with the communications team to design and execute clear and effective communication plans.
- Develop and implement training programs to support employees in adapting to change.
- University degree in management, human resources, or a related field.
- Certification in change management (e.g. PROSCI).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in change management, preferably in an HR systems transformation and implementation context.
